>The view from the other side

>This morning, I’m the one getting interviewed. A reporter is coming to my house to do a story on me and my new books. It is such a weird feeling. Usually I do the interviews. Normally I’d be jotting down my questions, checking the batteries in my voice recorder and gassing up the car. Instead, I’m cleaning up my kitchen and dining area, wondering if she’ll want coffee or tea, and worrying about what to wear for the photo. Will she ask good questions? Will I have to say “that’s off the record”? Will the teacher in me want to coach her? Stay tuned for answers to these and other questions.
Have any of you been interviewed? How did it feel?
